This is a wonderful story, as is the other story from December. Does this correspond with increase Orthodox missionary activity in the Philippine islands? I presume that Roman Catholic missionary efforts are non-existent, seeing as the Catholic Church no longer believes in converting non-Catholics.

We don’t know anything about Catholic missionaries, other than there are still Catholic missionaries. Such statements are used by the Vatican to temper the missionary efforts of their ‘separated brethren’ and to encourage the Orthodoxy to pack it in and just attend and commune at Roman Churches.
