Hi, Cole. This also is the church (Sts. Peter & Paul) where I was baptized and attend. God bless you and your journey.

My Family and I were Christmated in the Greek Orthodox Church a couple of years ago. We were from the Protestant Churches.

Shortly after our conversion, we were stationed to a town that had no Orthodox Church. So we tried to go back to the Protestant, just for the sermons not communion. It was a failure, we just couldn’t go back……. our hearts and minds had changed. Once God brings you the truth, you can’t go back to the lie

Katie, your experience is the experience of many of us. We are trying to use technology to make it easier to connect with Orthodox churches and experience for those who are not close enough to a parish. Get in touch with us if you need help!

    Thank you so much!
God has been so good to us and brought us back to the Greek Orthodox Church where we were Christmated!!! It feels like a miracle as my husband was not expecting to ever get stationed here again. The Congregation (and especially our Nuna) was praying for our return. Thank you for offering help. I do know that we need more Orthodox Churches in America.

Why he was baptized? Orthodox Church accepts Sacrament of Baptism of clasdic Protestant denominations.

Not every bishop will permit Chrismation alone these days, because even classic Protestant denominations are not entirely consistent in their practice for the last 40 years.
