Rejecting Rapturemania – Get Yours Today

October 2, 2015 By Fr. John 2 Comments

Friends,

Many of you have supported Journey to Orthodoxy over these past 5 years, and labored ceaselessly to help others find and make their way to the faith of the Apostles.

As you know, many heterodox Christians struggle with strange and confusing doctrines which make it difficult for them to make sense of what the Bible teaches.

No where is this more true than with the doctrine of the Rapture. This contrived idea has become a heresy juggernaut, supplanting the Gospel in many cases. Yes! For some, belief in the Rapture is the decider of your salvation! In other words, in their minds (and they are absolutely convinced!) if you do not believe in the Rapture, you aren’t even a Christian.

Well, we have the tools to help you fight back, and draw them out of the darkness of this heresy cash cow and into the light of Truth.

RRR2Fr. Barnabas Powell (of Faith Encouraged on AFR) and myself have compiled a short booklet containing everything you need, and then some, to exhort, teach, rebuke, and train your friends and family who may have been caught up in what we call ‘Rapture-mania”. This is not a massive tome of encyclopedic information you don’t need or will never use.
Here is some of what you will find inside;

What is the Rapture? Is it in the Bible?
Who invented it? When was it invented?
What does Jesus say about taking his believers out of the world?
Who does the Bible say will be persecuted?
What do the Fathers say about the Rapture?
What does the Church specifically teach about it?
Is there a Second Coming of Christ?
Is there a Third Coming of Christ?

And study questions with Biblical references at the end.

I’m sure many of these questions you never even thought of asking. That’s okay – we have asked them for you. You’ll get the key information from the Bible, from history, from the men who started it, and from the fathers of the Christian Church – all the evidence you need to discern the truth of Christian teaching on End times prophecy, eschatological confusion, and outright heresy.

The Kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. Time to do violence to these novel, distorted and dangerous ideas and doctrines and save our friends and family from flushing their hard earned cash on the latest prophecies about them. Take a stand. Get yours today.
