Christ is in our midst! I'm a cradle Orthodox. I'm in.

This is Orthodox Christianity!
— Joshua Garrett, Shenzhen, China
I first became exposed to Orthodoxy as an undergraduate over twenty years ago. It was the beauty and otherworldliness of liturgy that kept us going. I still love the beauty of Orthodox prayer and worship. I cannot imagine any other existence.
— David Trace, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio
The website is excellent. This is not just for those who are "journeying to Orthodoxy," this is also for those who are Orthodox.
— Daniel Clay, VA
What a blessing...and long overdue. Or...perfect timing, more likely. Thank you! Will send potential seekers here.
— Felicity Backman, Kihei, Maui HI
I just spent some time perusing the website. What a wonderful resource! I will for sure be recommending it as often as I can. Thanks so much, Father John, for all your hard work on this very important project!
— Molly Sabourin, Chicago, IL
I am a husband, father, Engineer/Paramedic and I am a recent catechumen in the Orthodox Christian Church. I am a former Fundamentalist Evangelical/ become Reformed who stumbled upon the Orthodox Church. I am just getting started.
— Jeremiah Nelson, Upland, CA
As usual, Father John has used his many talents to the glory of God and the building up of His Church. This site is a fantastic resource for both Orthodox and inquirers to be encouraged and strengthened!
— Father Mark Hodges, Lima OH
I read the stories on the site - amazing witness of the power of the Holy Spirit. I was most moved by the story of the former police officer in prison.

Thank you so much for JTO. As my husband and I are also on this journey, it is so wonderful that the Orthodox Church provides such a wealth of online and printed information to guide us along the way. Coming from the Episcopal Church, I am heartened to find that there is no shortage here of books and people to show us the way and to answer our questions as we literally relearn everything we’ve been taught about the Bible, worship, and our spirituality. There are even resources for homeschooling our children, which in the Episcopal Church, we had the labor-intensive job of sifting through Catholic and Evangelical resources to find things that we could edit to fit our needs. Thank you to everyone who has shared their own journey, both clergy and laypersons, because we are strengthened by your stories and your wisdom.
— Meghan Sheridan
Thank you for this site. I've been attending an Orthodox fellowship since September 20th, and after over fifty years in other churches, I finally feel like I'm in the right place.
— Susanne Caron, North Newton, KS
For many Orthodox, the Faith is not something inherited, but rather something fought for. Sometimes, when we caught up in the ethnic whirlpool or burdened by the struggles of Ortho-praxis, we forget why we became Orthodox. JTO gives us a look back at the journeys of fellow believers; reminding us where we came from, why we chose this path, and encourages us to keep pressing on and fighting the good fight. Thank you for this gift.
— Hannah Thorp Hunt, FL
I am very happy for this website and wished it was in existence when I was inquiring into the faith. Thank you to all who have gotten it together! May it be blessed!
— Trudy Ellmore, Catasauqua, PA
What a joy to have a site like this where I can send seekers to read and see that they are not alone in their seeking. And a great place for those who were born with the spiritual "head start" of an Orthodox home to appreciate their faith.
— Fr. Barnabas Powell, Boston
